ishinoko kitchen returns this year with a specially curated selection of Chefs and Producers**.** Chefs from a variety of culinary backgrounds will come together in ishinoko kitchen and orchestrate menus which bring ingredients from the wilderness of the forest and the depth of the sea to life on our plates. Using all local ingredients sourced from speciality producers, Chefs will cook in a beautiful outdoor kitchen produced by Murai Kuniharu.
